The treasure of every land is the history of its products
For the third year "De gusto" will participate in the "Promomare" event from 31 May to 01-02 June 2025. Event co-organised by the Municipality of Monfalcone and Mast ICC Sb srl. An event dedicated to sea-related activities. This is the website for info on the complete programme www.promomare.it.
In this edition "De gusto" will set up the structure made available by the Municipality of Monfalcone, where one will be able to taste the "Zattere" (rafts) stuffed with the local area's dips and food products.
Among the related initiatives, “De gusto”, in cooperation with the “Unione Cuochi Gorizia” Association, and several Monfalcone Chefs and restaurateurs, will present 4 show cooking don final tasting.

At the “De gusto” stand, you can taste “Zattere” with:
- San Daniele queen trout on herb butter cream;

Also in this edition, “Fasolarari crudi” can be tasted, accompanied by an excellent Prima Res - 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. (The fasolari will be prepared by Robi Zentilin's Az. Pescaturismo Alice II). (only on Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, June 01, and in any case subject to availability).
To accompany the “Zattere” we recommend:
