De gusto in PROMOMARE 2025

For the third year "De gusto" will participate in the "Promomare" event from 31 May to 01-02 June 2025. Event co-organised by the Municipality of Monfalcone and Mast ICC Sb srl. An event dedicated to sea-related activities. This is the website for info on the complete programme www.promomare.it.

In this edition "De gusto" will set up the structure made available by the Municipality of Monfalcone, where one will be able to taste the "Zattere" (rafts) stuffed with the local area's dips and food products.

Among the related initiatives, “De gusto”, in cooperation with the “Unione Cuochi Gorizia” Association, and several Monfalcone Chefs and restaurateurs, will present 4 show cooking don final tasting.

Stand opening:

  • Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight
  • Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight
  • Monday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

At the “De gusto” stand, you can taste “Zattere” with:

- San Daniele queen trout on herb butter cream;

- Dentex mousse with anchovy;
(Panificio F.lli Tamburin, Crema di Dentice Pescheria Luisa)
- Praga Trieste cooked ham, hand-cut, with horseradish;
(Panificio F.lli Tamburin, Prosciutto cotto e kren, Az. Dentesano)
- Prosciutto crudo di San Daniele DOP;
(Panificio F.lli Tamburin, Prosciutto Consorzio di San Daniele DOP)
- Truffle Cream with Montasio DOP;
(Panificio F.lli Tamburin, Truffle Cream Az. Dr truffle, Montasio Consorzio del Montasio DOP)

Also in this edition, “Fasolarari crudi” can be tasted, accompanied by an excellent Prima Res - 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. (The fasolari will be prepared by Robi Zentilin's Az. Pescaturismo Alice II). (only on Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, June 01, and in any case subject to availability).

To accompany the “Zattere” we recommend:

"De gusto in Show", entitled "Serra in orto".

Show cooking presented by "De gusto" by "Chef Nevio Lupi" President of the Cuochi Gorizia Association. Serra fish meets the scents and flavours of the vegetable garden.
