Terra Madre 1891 is a cooperative that was founded in 2019 with the aim of promoting and publicising the unique and inimitable San Daniele ham.The members of the cooperative select the best San Daniele D.O.P. certified hams after following the processing stages, from the slaughtering of the exclusively local pigs to the curing process, so that the absolute goodness and authenticity of the final product is guaranteed.From their passion for high quality gastronomy, Terra Madre 1891 is the only cooperative that has been able to guarantee the absolute goodness and authenticity of the final product.
