The treasure of every land is the history of its products
On the occasion of the Regional Fishing Awards organised by the FIPSAS Provincial Committee of Gorizia at the Bonezzi Theatre in Monfalcone, De gusto was chosen to provide refreshments at the end of the evening.
De gusto, in collaboration with restaurateur Giovanni Bertossi, owner of Gio & Co. drink and food, offered a buffet featuring products from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region:

- Prague cooked ham with horseradish (Farm Dentesano salumi) (GLUTEN FREE)
- San Daniele PDO raw ham (Farm Terramadre 1891) (GLUTEN FREE)
- Lightly smoked Sauris salami (Farm Wolf Sauris)
- Montasio DOP medium-aged cheese (Consorzio del Montasio) (VEGETARIAN)
- Orzotto with late red radicchio and Montasio cheese (prepared by Giovanni Bertossi) (VEGETARIAN)
- Bread anc Assorted miniature pastries (Bakery F.lli Tamburin)
- Chestnut honey to accompany the cheese (Farm Lycia Apicoltura)
- "Prima Res" sparkling wine (Farm Sanzin 4PR)
- "Friulano" white wine (Farm Tacoli Asquini 1836)

Only biodegradable products were used for the mise en place.
