On behalf of the Organizer "Circolo Nautico Canale Valentinis" De gusto was commissioned to perform the Food & Beverage service for the refreshment of the participants.
The following menu was proposed for the occasion:
Start buffet 19.30 - end buffet 21.30
Welcome toast with a glass of Binco Friulano wine
- Chopping boards with: Hand-cut Praga cooked ham, Montasio DOP cheese, San Daniele raw ham and Friulian salami
- Our "Zattere" with: Crema di tartufo with Montaso DOP cheese, Prosciutto cotto Praga e Kren, Prosciutto crudo San Daniele
Buffet start 2:30 p.m. - buffet end 5:30 p.m.
- Barchette with hand-cut cooked Prague ham and Kren
Start dinner 6:30 p.m. - end dinner 9 p.m.
- Appetizer with: Tris of Sardoni in savor, Cream of snapper, marinated anchovies
- First course: Barcolana rice (Rice valone nano, with chicken, shrimp tails, Pedoci triestini (Mussels) and seasonal vegetables in curry flavor)
Beverage for consumption for the three days:
- Dimont GJIAN blond draught beer.
- White wine "Friulano"
- Red wine "Refosco dal peduncolo rosso" from Vini Brojli
- 100% apple-aronia and blueberry fruit juice from Az. 4PR
- Aqua Dolomia Sparkling and natural
