Dolce Carso is an innovative pastry project that aims to present this region to the world from a very original point of view: in the form of a cake.
During the event De Gusto 2021, Tanja Tuta, creator of the project, will present her creations inspired by natural phenomena, local traditions and typical products of the territory.
With a cooking show, she will show how an original recipe is created from the idea to the packaging and a sweet tasting will be offered to those present.

For workshops, show cooking, presentations and live performances, the entrance is free and access to the area is allowed only with possession of the Green Pass and with compulsory reservation - N. 28 seats.
