The treasure of every land is the history of its products
Beers are so called that they are characterized by a very strong alcohol content (from 6 to 9 degrees of alcohol, thanks to more fermentations) but also by more original tastes. They are full-bodied, from amber to brown and can also be aged: their point of reference are the recipes of the abbeys of Belgium. Light double and triple malt beers also fall into this category. This type of beer goes very well with cheese (especially if with herbs).
