Schartl is a typical sweet bread of the Easter period. A cake that comes from the Austro-Hungarian tradition that gave life to the most famous: Pinza, Gubana, Presnitz and Putizza. The characteristic that distinguishes the Schartl is that of being a light bread, with a filling of raisins, cinnamon and sugar.
