The treasure of every land is the history of its products
Species of truffle-producing mushroom (carpophores or underground fruiting bodies), with smooth surface, yellowish in colour, but sometimes also greenish/grey. The gleba is yellowish-white with hazel or brown tones, always with numerous thin white veins. Its aroma is particularly marked and pleasant when ripe, unmistakable and characteristic, although not easily definable (it resembles methane gas).
