with more or less intense straw yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections. Its smell is characteristic and fruity. Its taste is dry, harmonious, delicate and velvety. Its minimum total alcoholic strength by volume is 10.50% vol.
 
It should be served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
