250 g of ready-to-use puff pastry,
250 g of mascarpone,
80 g of sugar,
2 eggs,
100 g whipped cream,
100 g wild strawberries,
vanilla,
10 g of rum.
Introduction
The millefoglie is a cake appreciated in every region, also for its versatility: it lends itself, in fact, for its characteristic layered composition, to be stuffed with different compounds always fresh and therefore of the territory. The use of wild strawberries combined with mascarpone gives this variant an absolute typicality.
