Ingredients
250 g 00 flour,
2 medium eggs,
150 g white yoghurt,
90 g caster sugar,
2 tablespoons of Grappa friulana or Rhum,
grated peel of one orange,
10 g baking powder,
sunflower oil for frying.

Yoghurt Fritole can be prepared in 5 minutes and without rising. They are delicious and very soft to enjoy warm at carnival time or for a party with friends or a simple birthday.
