Fusilli with leek and sausage
Region: Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Ingredients
3 leeks,
4 sausages,
250 g of mascarpone,
1 glass of white wine,
100 g grated Parmesan cheese,
400 g of fusilli pasta,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
salt.
Introduction
Fusilli, although not a pasta native to our region, are now common use: unusual but certainly pleasure for the palate pairing with leek, a particularly healthy vegetable for its diuretic properties.
