Spinach strudel

Ingredients
1 pack of frozen puff pastry,
400 g frozen spinach,
100 g of butter,
100 g of ricotta cheese,
1 glass of sour cream,
2 eggs,
3 tablespoons of flour type 00,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Savory strudels are a recipe of Austrian origin, although the Triestine diction (strucolo) is closer to the Slovenian 'strukel'. They were once a popular dish, thanks to the fact that they allow you to use all the leftovers in the filling. Different dough is prepared depending on whether you cook in the oven or in the water.
