360 g broth,
18-22 stigmas of Natisone Gold Saffron™,
1 Onion.
Introduction
The risotto with saffron is a recipe of the Milanese tradition, but known and appreciated throughout Italy. This recipe proposed by Andrea Tanda owner of Farm Fiore del Natisone, strikes for its simplicity in the use of a product that, although not auctoctono of our region, is making its way among the typical local products of excellence.
