4 fillets of sea bream ready,
50 g of type 00 flour,
200 g leek,
400 g of cabbage,
1 carrot,
1 coast of celery,
1 courgette,
1 potato,
½ glass of white wine,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
80 g of butter,
salt,
pepper.
