Prawns with rosemary
16 shelled prawns,
1 bunch of rosemary,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 eggplant,
1 bell pepper,
1 coast of celery,
1 tomato,
7 leaves of basil,
1 teaspoon of pine nuts,
50 g of sugar,
½ glass of white wine vinegar,
½ litre of maize seeds for frying,
salt,
pepper.
Prawns are easily digestible crustaceans and should be cooked little. An essential condition is their freshness. They must therefore be a bright complexion and not smell of ammonia, but of sea. There are basically two types of shrimp, one about 20 cm in size, pink in color, the other red, coming from deep waters.
