Cocoa scented Meleagris

Ingredients
800 g Meleagris (Turkey) 4 breasts (phase),
100 gr. 72% dark chocolate,
4 tbsp. Tergeste Oil,
4 carrots,
2 oranges,
2 Zeuka apples,
1 sprig rosemary,
1 gr. hot 'habanero chocolate' chilli pepper.

A very special recipe, very easy to make, but with a really strong flavour. If you are thinking of a slightly unconventional dinner, you must try Meleagris (Turkey) with Chocolate!
