'Musetto' in bread crust

Ingredients
2 musetti (cotechini),
400 g of ready-made bread dough,
200 g dried mushrooms,
100 g thin sliced Sauris speck,
100 of tomato sauce ready,
1 shallot,
3 tablespoons olive oil,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
They are normally the expertise and skill of the norcino that give the musetto that something more that makes inimitable the mix of products stuffed in a casing of beef (budièl stuart) and left to age.
