Musetto with brovada

Ingredients
2 pieces of musetto,
1kg of brovada,
1 onion,
4 bay leaves,
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon of 00 flour,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
The musetto is perhaps the most characteristic pork product of Friuli: it is a sausage that, as the name implies, is mainly prepared with parts of the muzzle (excluding the ears). The minced meat and rind are combined with spices, such as cinnamon, coriander, cloves, nutmeg and pepper.
