Ingredients
800 g floury potatoes,
1 glass of milk,
50 g of butter,
20 g grated Parmesan cheese,
salt,
nutmeg.
Introduction
The term puré (or puree) refers to a way of passing (and seasoning) the vegetable, usually boiled or steamed. The mashed potatoes (which with the 'musetto' is able to create an unforgettable delicacy) must above all know of potatoes. Choose therefore tubers of excellent quality, maybe supplying you directly from the producers.
