Spinach with butter

Ingredients
500 g fresh spinach,
50 g of butter,
30 g of breadcrumbs,
½ glass of milk,
salt.
Introduction
Spinach likes (or does not like) that unmistakable bitter taste that is often lost after cooking. If you want to keep them, let them cool before wringing. Another useful warning, in this case to preserve the precious substances of the vegetable, is to wash them quickly without leaving them to soak.
