Fabrizio Nonis in collaboration with the chef Roberto Zaganelli of the restaurant Alle comari of Monfalcone (GO) present the recipe: "Filetto di ombrina in tomato guazzetto, pine nuts and raisins, with celeriac salad".   Followed by tasting.

To participate in the show cooking, admission is free and access to the area is allowed only with possession of Green Pass strengthened and with compulsory reservation - N. 50 seats.
