The highly automated production line is designed and built to guarantee high standards of quality and control. This includes cooling and packaging phases in clean rooms with controlled ventilation, constant internal analyses on raw materials and finished products (water activity, humidity, pH, organoleptic analysis), analysis by accredited laboratories on chemical and microbiological results.
Scrupulous care in the selection of human resources and constant professional training allow the company to keep up with market demands and new discoveries in the scientific field.
Every single member of our team knows exactly what coeliac disease is and what responsible and safe conduct to adopt in the field of gluten-free nutrition. In fact, we guarantee the entire team constant training through refresher courses on food safety.
