About us
An organic farm that produces extra virgin olive oil from Belica or Bianchera oil characterised by a medium-intense level of fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, with prevailing grass/leaf and artichoke scents and light sensations of fresh almond and tomato, high polyphenol content.
Polyphenols in extra virgin olive oil play an important role both for human health and for the quality and preservation of the product over time.
Furthermore, these substances affect the organoleptic characteristics from which the spicy and bitter taste typical of Belica-Bianchera extra virgin olive oil derives.
