Goat Caciotta

Description

Goat cheese with semi-hard paste and a cylindrical shape with convex sides and flat faces, about 6-8cm high, with a diameter of about 12-15cm and a weight of about 800-1,200g. It is obtained from goat milk, whose curd, shredded, is collected in firming containers.
