Christmas Beer

Produced only once for the End of Year Holidays to make more fluid the well-known lunches and dinners (high fermentation at 6 degrees, slightly amber color and variously spicy, with a dry taste and thirst-quenching) and now, similar beers, are also prepared for other anniversaries. 
The ingredients that are used to create this drink can range from ginger, cinnamon up to nutmeg and vanilla.
