The treasure of every land is the history of its products
It is the beer obtained with a strong roasting of barley: the color is dark and the taste tends to sweet; alcoholic strength over 7 degrees. Dark beers are based on the British Strong Ale recipe. During the drying of malt, more than 90% of the malt is produced by various colouring agents which give the finished product its colour. The coloration of this type of beer varies from ebony to black-gray. The aroma of hops is usually moderate, while the most frequent aromas range from chocolate, coffee to licorice that precede the aroma of roasted malt.
