Ingredients
6 egg yolks,
200 gr. caster sugar
500 gr. of very fresh mascarpone cheese,
½ l. Dark Beer,
60 Savoiardi cookies,
Bitter cocoa powder to taste.
Introduction
A reinterpretation of the world's most beloved dessert, Tiramisu. Compared to the classic recipe, we have made the variation of only one ingredient, Dark Beer instead of coffee. Although beer is alcoholic, in this recipe we will remove the alcohol so that we can make it palatable even for children.
