Weiss beer

It is produced with wheat instead of barley, sometimes mixed with spelt and rye (beers 'Weiss'). Milky yellow color, sometimes cloudy (because of the yeast in suspension: if this is filtered the beer is clear and is called 'kristall'), with a lot of foam, has a slightly acidic taste, is refreshing and digestive. Such type of beer can accompany various dishes, that include fish and pork products, up to the dry pastry and cheese.
