The treasure of every land is the history of its products
Large dumplings made from potatoes and flour, stuffed with half a plum without its kernel, which is replaced by a filling made of butter and browned breadcrumbs. The dumplings are then drizzled with a dressing made of melted butter, breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon, which recalls the flavour of the filling.
