Lidric cul pòc

Composite mainly linked to the blond chicory of Trieste and to the blond Grumolo.

The ready-to-sell product features a small head consisting of 5-10 light green leaves with a whitish base, sometimes mixed with red foliage types, and is sold with part of the peeled taproot (pòc).
