Description
WHITE wine,
with more or less intense straw yellow to golden yellow, sometimes with copper reflections. Its smell is characteristic. Its taste is dry, full and harmonious. Its minimum total alcoholic strength by volume is 11.50% vol.
It should be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
