Ingredients
12 Fresh sardines, possibly from the upper Adriatic
2 Eggs
Bread crumbs
Flour 00
Beer or carbonated mineral water
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying (peanuts-sunflower-evo oil)
Introduction
The Breaded sardines are a tasty appetizer to be accompanied with a good glass of white wine. The blue fish of the Upper Adriatic is an excellent food rich in OMEGA3 and like all fried fish, Breaded sardines are very popular with children.
