Almond tart with berries

Ingredients
250 g of berry jam,
150 g of type 00 flour,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of almond flour,
1 egg red,
150 g of butter.
Introduction
The almond was introduced to Sicily by the Phoenicians and was widely used in ancient times for the preparation of sweets. The fruit had for the farmers of the southern regions the same nutritional and energy functions that we had the chestnut. For centuries almonds have become part of the pastry art of the various regions.
