Apple and mascarpone cake with cinnamon flavor

4 "Zueka" apples

250 gr of Mascarpone

200 gr flour type "00

50 gr of potato starch

180 gr of caster sugar,

4 eggs,

1 sachet of baking powder

1 tablespoon of rum

1 tablespoon of cinnamon,

Icing sugar to taste

1 lemon,

1 pinch of salt.
