Apple pie with chocolate base

Ingredients
200 g flour,
110 g sugar,
65 g softened butter at room temperature,
3 apples,
2 whole eggs,
1 yolk,
1 sachet of baking powder,
4 tablespoons of milk,
1 pinch of salt,
50 g of butter,
50 g of breadcrumbs,
1 dl of milk,
50 g of sweet cocoa.
Introduction
The apples, appreciated in the region also in the autochthonous cultivated varieties, are among the most suitable fruits for different pastry preparations. The firm pulp is well suited to both cooking and raw use, the simple and defined taste is combined with both sweet components and bitter components. It goes perfectly with chocolate.
