Blackberry tart

Ingredients
500 g of blackberry,
80 g chopped hazelnuts,
300 g of flour,
150 g of butter,
2 egg yolks,
200 g of sugar,
1 pinch of salt,
the grated peel of 1 lemon,
1 egg,
3 tablespoons of cream,
some mint leaves.
Introduction
The tart is one of the oldest confectionery preparations, codified since the fourteenth century. The half-timbered version, the most used one, with crossed strips of dough on the surface, is called "all'alsaziana". Blackberries, such as raspberries, blueberries and small berries, were and are widely used to enrich and flavor them.
