Ingredients
1 litre of milk,
4 eggs,
200 g of sugar,
powdered cinnamon,
the rind of 1 lemon,
powdered sugar.

The name comes from the fact that white ingredients are used in the preparation. It should be said, however, that before indicating a typical nineteenth-century sweet, widespread in the Veneto area and transmitted there in the recipes of our region, white eating in medieval times was a salty dish, which were later added rosy water and ginger.
