The treasure of every land is the history of its products
In the traditional Carnic version, “Tiramisù” or "Tìrimi Su”, is a spoon dessert served in slices. It is cold-prepared, using sugar, whole or pasteurised eggs, mascarpone, “savoiardi” biscuits, bitter coffee and cocoa powder.
In the dialectal version “Coppa Vetturino Tìrime Su” of the province of Gorizia, it is a semifreddo served in a goblet, prepared with sponge cake, zabaione cream, cocoa cream, dry Marsala and cocoa powder.
