Dark chocolate ice cream on waffles

Ingredients
1 kg of chocolate ice cream.
For the waffle:
100 g of butter,
100 g powdered sugar,
100 g flour type 00,
100 g of egg white,
vanilla,
salt.
Introduction
It was the Spaniards who spread in Europe chocolate that, together with cane sugar, became immediately fashionable. The Jesuits fought long battles to prevent their consumption, at least during Lent. But in 1569 Pope Pius V established that, if taken in the form of a drink with water, chocolate did not interrupt fasting.
