Elderberry cream

Ingredients
300 g of elderberry,
water,
20 g of sugar,
cinnamon,
milk,
wheat flour,
20 g of butter.
Introduction
The elder is a 3 to 4 metres tall plant, utilized also in pharmacopoeia, which produces white-yellowish inflorescences with umbelliform corymbs; the fruits are glossy black drupes with violaceous juice: they are to be collected, during the summer months, well ripe. An ancient taste to be rediscovered both for syrups for liqueurs and pastry.
