Semifreddo with vanilla and berries

Difficulty: Medium Doses: for 4 people
Ingredients

For the semifreddo:

125 g of milk,

25 g of sugar,

2 egg yolks,

200 g whipped cream,

¼ of a vanilla stick,

2 crunchy hazelnuts (optional).



For the gasket:

12 raspberries,

12 blackberries,

12 blueberries,

24 wild strawberries,

30 g of sugar,

20 g of butter,

10 cl orange juice.

Introduction

The semifreddo can be considered a valid compromise for all seasons. A dessert that is placed between ice cream and creams and that is eaten by the spoon in every month of the year. Berries, due to their organoleptic characteristics, are well suited to be stored at low temperatures and then used in winter.
