Semisphere to the Esse of Raveo

Ingredients
2 reds of egg,
2 tablespoons of sugar,
100 g of Esse di Raveo,
¼ litre of whipped cream,
2 small glasses of amaretto,
3 cups of coffee,
1 tablespoon cornstarch,
3 tablespoons of sugar.
Introduction
The biscuits of Raveo have become over the years a typical quality product, well known to those who live outside the production area. The typical Esse, recognizable for its characteristic shape, are an excellent base for the preparation of more complex desserts. The combination with coffee enhances the characteristics for a gourmet end meal
