White chocolate mousse with raspberries

Ingredients
150 g of fresh cream,
200 g of white chocolate in small pieces,
300 g whipped cream,
200 g fresh or frozen raspberries,
100 g powdered sugar,
50 g of softened butter,
50 g of flour,
2 egg whites,
1 lemon.
Introduction
Raspberry fruits are rich in vitamin C, as well as carbohydrates and mineral salts. They have refreshing and laxative qualities and are also a food particularly suitable for children thanks to the mineral salts they contain. They also play an anti-inflammatory and protective action for the content of polyphenols.
