Dumplings in Riesling sauce

Ingredients

½ litre of Riesling,

150 g of cooking cream,

2 shallots,

2 leaves of sage,

1 sprig of parsley,

100 g fresh ricotta cheese,

50 g of flour,

1 egg,

1 orange,

salt,

pepper.

Introduction
