Spaghetti with lobster
Region: Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Ingredients
2 lobsters of 500 g each cut in half,
320 g of spaghetti,
2 chopped garlic cloves,
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
1 glass of brandy,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
salt,
pepper,
2 dried chili peppers.

Marine crustacean with blue-reddish shell and yellow spots which is coloured red thanks to a particular substance which is activated when in contact with the heat, the lobster is distinguished from the astice, which is red-brown, due to the long antennae and the lack of the claws. Especially appreciated lobsters and astici of the Lemme channel.
