Ingredients
200 g maize flour,
2 litres of milk,
20 g of butter,
salt.
Introduction
Like panada, suf was a food of poor cuisine. A dish with low nutritional values that was intended to satiate rather than nourish. Currently some Carnic trattorias have revalued it both in the traditional recipe and in combination with richer and tastier foods.
