Ingredients
400 g frozen fillets of cod,
350 g of potatoes,
3 onions,
1 clove of garlic,
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Cod is certainly not a typical fish of our seas, but it is always present on the banks of the fish shops that receive it fresh, frozen or thawed. It is therefore part of the different varieties of fish, with tasty meat, which are normally eaten on our tables, thanks to the ease in cleaning and removing the fishbones.
