Fish patties with black breadcrumbs

Ingredients
500 gr. of fish (Mackerel, Bream, Sea Bass, Mullet, etc...),
250 gr. squid ink breadcrumbs,
1 egg,
1 clove of Resia garlic,
1 clump of fresh parsley,
1 liter Sunflower oil (for frying)
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Fish balls are a healthy alternative to the more common meatballs. In this recipe instead of white breadcrumbs, I used black breadcrumbs, made from old breadcrumbs made with squid ink. The delicacy of the fish, I used Mackerel in this recipe, but you can use the fish of your liking, goes well with this savory bread.
