Lemon bream

Ingredients
4 medium-sized bream,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
½ glass of white wine,
2 tablespoons chopped parsley,
2 chopped garlic cloves,
1 peeled lemon.
Introduction
Along the coast that extends from Barcola to Muggia often in the evening you see the tripods that support the reeds of amateur fishermen who hope to "feel" the sea bream that is preparing to hook the bait. Equally numerous are the lamps that in the summer stay in the gulf in night fishing trips with the same expectation.
